The 6cm diameter 3/4 circle is a hook knife that cuts aggressively, is very versatile and allows for some off hand cuts because of its shape. That way you can clean up some bowl parts on your spoons and bowls which would be usually a lot harder to reach. - The material is our tried and true bearing steel which comes integral forged and ground to a bevel geometry which has been tried and tested by me over the years times and times again. The spine is rounded for comfort and the integral forged tang adds rigidity. - The 25cm long octagonal Ash handle is 3x3 cm strong at the thickest point, which is also a measurement that has proven to be less fatiguing. It can be used double handed for more torque and efficiency. - Including, as always, is a sturdy and well made leather sheath, hand stitched, with rifle studs for longevity and burnished edges for the standard I expect from my own leather craft as well. - Current production time is 4 to 6 weeks.
