Just like a knife in the woods and a well made spoon,  the Kitchen Knife is a daily part of our lives and it is a true joy to have a good knife to prepare food for yourself and your family!

During the last 8 years I have traveled to Japan about 15 times, training with antique and handmade blades there and teaching, which also brought me in contact witht the range of Hocho (Kitchen Knife) used in Japanese kitchens. I was amazed to see how specific some and versatile others are designed and used. Inspired by this mindset, I am presenting here my range of One-of-a-kind pieces!
